Track Your Order
Stay updated on your Murad Collection purchases every step of the way. Here’s how you can track your order:
1. Log In to Your Account:
Step 1: Click on the “Account” or “Log In” icon at the top right corner of our website.
Step 2: Enter your registered email and password.
Step 3: Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
2. Find Your Order:
All your orders will be listed in the “My Orders” section. Locate the order you wish to track.
3. Track Order Status:
Click on the “Track Order” or “View Details” link next to your order.
You’ll be provided with the current status of your order, whether it’s “Processing,” “Dispatched,” “In Transit,” or “Delivered.”
4. Use the Tracking Number:
If your order has been dispatched, you’ll see a unique tracking number.
Click on the tracking number link to view real-time updates from the courier’s website.
5. No Account? No Problem!:
If you’ve made a purchase as a guest, you can still track your order.
Visit our “Track Order” page and enter your order number and registered email address to view the status.
