Murad Collection Cancellation Policy
 
Swift Decisions, Simple Cancellations:
 
1. Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no additional charge.
 
2. Instant Processing: If you cancel within the stated timeframe, we’ll process the cancellation immediately, and no items will be shipped.
 
3. Refunds: Once an order is canceled, any payments made will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
 
4. Late Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour window, please reach out to our customer service. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
 
5. Custom or Special Orders: Orders for custom-made or bespoke items can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement due to the specialized nature of these items.
